We already use Toast / Square / Clover — do we have to switch?

No. We do not replace your POS. We connect it to everything it cannot do on its own: order management, prep tracking, inventory, CRM, and invoicing. Your POS handles transactions. We handle the operational layer around it.

Our kitchen staff will not adopt another app.

They do not have to. The kitchen gets a prep sheet — a printed PDF, a shared screen, or a simple mobile view. No logins, no dashboards, no training. Just a clear list of what to make, for whom, and by when.

Can you handle catering-specific workflows like BEOs and tastings?

Catering is our most common F&B build. We automate event intake forms, BEO generation from order details, prep sheet creation, and post-event invoicing. If you run tastings, we build scheduling and follow-up sequences for those too.

How long does the build take?

Most F&B builds go live in 3 to 5 weeks. The timeline depends on how many order channels you have and whether we are connecting to an existing POS or building the intake flow from scratch.
